Dear Customer,
We have received your payment for the order number ************ and we would like to thank for choosing OVH services.
Unfortunately, we only provide services to customers resident in the uk at the moment. You can check the list of countries where we provide services to know which subsidiary you have go to:
http://www.ovh.co.uk/dedicated_servers/availability.xml
If the payment has been taken, you will need to ask us to credit it back using the same method of payment that you used initially.
In the case that there has been an error and you are based in the UK. we can process your order with the following documentation:
- a copy of your ID (passport, driving licence)
- a proof of address (utility bill)
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
