Abbiamo aperto il ticket incidente per la sostituzione, n. 1576357.
Sarà raggiungibile dal manager. sezione "Supporto" > "Consultare i miei ticket" > "Visualizza i ticket aperti".
Non appena risponderai al ticket, dalla sezione indicata, inizieranno le procedure per la sostituzione del disco danneggiato.
Ti chiedo scusa per il ritardo nella gestione.
smartctl segnala un problema disco, la macchina è on-line, ma prevedo problemi seri a breve. È possibile sostituire il disco?
